I have been to customer service industry for several years, and most of my experiences has been dealing with calls from calls from our customers. I've truly enjoyed working with the people in this business, as well as the challenges.
As a Virtual assistant, I make deadlines, I posts ads,
delivered what I promised, I am a hardworking person, and a fast learner, and
I believed that the keys to learn are just simply to listen attentively and never afraid to ask questions.
My previous job was a good one. I've learned
the value of time, submitting reports a head of time, being sensitive enough in dealing with clients, patient enough and able to persuade client.
