I have been a virtual assistant for a Life Coach for almost a year. My primary responsibilities were creating engaging graphics and editing podcast promotional videos for his social media. I mainly made graphics with quotes and his thumbnails for YouTube. I also did his Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube banners and logos to promote his channels and platform using Canva. I did his promotional videos using Filmora. Additionally, I did schedule his social media posts using Zoho and searched for Instagram hashtags.

I was a Search Optimization assistant to a vintage Etsy seller. My main job was to search for antique and vintage items that she had and collect information such as the manufacturing date, the model of the piece, the name of the producer, when it was produced, and the price range it falls into. After getting the information, I will create 13 Etsy tags with the help of the Marmalead SEO tool. I also design titles and provide a creative description for all the items and a lot of the listings I made significantly improve the sale count of the store. I insert all of the information I gathered into an organized spreadsheet.
