1. As a Customer Experience Specialist, I was
responsible for closing 120 email tickets daily. Identifying and assessing
customer needs in order to meet their requirements and achieve customer
satisfaction.
2. As a Social Media Moderator, I was
responsible for monitoring 200 comments and messages. Monitor and moderate
user-generated content across all social media platforms, including Facebook
and Instagram.
3. As a Content Operations Associate, I was responsible for the
creation, publishing and maintenance of content across the Insticator platform,
from research and ideation stages to data entry to ongoing content auditing and
editorial QA. I was also assigned to moderate contents from our clients’
commenting platform, according to the client’s specific guidelines.
4. As an Account Manager, it
was my responsibility to develop strong and long-lasting relationships with our
clients. Answer all client queries and track key account metrics. Conduct
weekly/monthly check-in with our clients to address any issues and to clearly
communicate new initiatives that will help optimize their accounts. 
 5. As a Virtual Assistant, I
oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase
agreement to closing (i.e. act as a liaison
between the title company, listing & selling agents, clients & Lender,
and keep the agent informed). I was responsible for
inputting all data into the MLS and making sure all listing agreement
documents, riders and other additional documents are complete for brokerage
