- Completes Clients' payroll instructions in the appropriate priority order, taking into account special instructions agreed with the client.
- Possesses full awareness of specific client requirements and ensure these are documented within the payroll system.
- Completes administrative tasks fully, accurately and efficiently to meet required standards and work procedures.
- Maintains accurate employee related records and data in HR systems (e.g. new hire on- boarding, employee separations, leaves of absence, benefits, etc.)
- Ensures that changes to the SAP system are implemented seamlessly by conducting testing on the system as necessary.
- Continuously improves the data management/payroll process by analyzing trends and providing recommendations.
- Manages the payroll team to ensure that end-to-end payroll process is delivered accurately and timely, in accordance with the company policy, guidelines and procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and meet function and business objectives.
- Oversees execution of payroll processing ensuring employees are paid accurately and timely, defined payroll calendar is implemented, statutory requirements are complied with, and appropriate controls and audits are in place and carried out.
- Manages performance and development of payroll team to achieve target KPIs and SLAs and resolve payroll-related issues
