My name is Upgrade to see actual info, I have an experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant for almost 2 years, doing email management for my client, calendar management, acted as the first point of contact and set appointments, transcribing meeting minutes, arrange travel booking and etc. and I also wanna add up that on the same client, aside from being an Executive or Personal Assistant of her, I also got promoted from Virtual Assistant to Operations Manager on her business side which is a consulting and staffing agency.  My main tasks are onboarding agents, meetings with clients on how our agents are doing and what the areas they need to improve on, also A year as a Social Media Manager doing creative content, developing a marketing strategy, conduct research to determine current trends, and schedule contents. and a little bit of bookkeeping on the side that records/uploads bank transactions of my client to their accounting base which is QuickBooks,  prior to working from home, I am a medical technology graduate, I also have an e-commerce business and I am also doing Facebooks ads to promote or boost it,  I am also familiar with Slack, Trello, Canva, Pro-vegas, Hootsuite, Skype, Google office, WordPress, Upgrade to see actual info, Kajabi, QuickBooks and etc. My experience has thought me the importance of attention to detail, accuracy, patience, and continuously being open and learning new things in order to succeed, you will find my determination, enthusiasm, and discipline that make me an excellent choice for the job.
