I am an experienced Customer Service Support and Appointment Setter for over 7 yrs. I was a consistent top agent for CSAT and QA when I was working for Verizon, Atnt Uverse and Dish Network back then.
When I decided to work from home that's when I became an Appointment Setter for an Australian scrap recycling company. My main task is to organize a pick-up for clients who wants to sell their scrap metals. Another job I had been for an Insurance brokerage and the main goal is to get appointment from the people in the Medicare age who wants to enroll or change their Medicare plan. I always hit or even exceeds the goal of 1 call back per hr.
