I worked as a Hotel Contract Loading Analyst - Analyzing signed contract agreement between the sales
team and hotels from different parts of the globe and
loading it into the system.
Test the accuracy of the contracts through use of testing
tools.
Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily,
weekly and monthly reporting.
Received and processed stock into inventory management
system.
Also worked as a Hotel Front desk officer. My main role was to assist ---------- om registering arriving guests and assigning them their rooms to answering inquiries regarding hotel services either by telephone or in person. Provide them information about services available in the hotel and also to respond to guests' complaints. I also maintained an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments and compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers.
I also worked as a Home-based reviewing staff for PIXTA ---------- 's a Japanese marketplace site of stock photos and illustrations. I go through a lot of images everyday. I review and organize the images' tags or keywords to their designated categories before they get put on the website.
