-Excellent Writing and Communication Skills-Keen to details-Can work individually or in a group-Social Media Management-Basic Graphic Skills-Willing to be trained- Codes items such as invoices, vouchers, requestsfor payment, etc., with correct codes conformingto standard procedures to ensure proper entryinto the financial system.- Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email- Attaches the corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation.- Investigates and resolves problems associated with the processing of invoices and purchase orders.- Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records, and reports.- Performs other duties as required to support the Accounting and Finance Department. Accounting & Finance, Social Media Management, Facebook Ads Management, Content Creation & Writing, and Graphics & Multimedia.
