Profile Description

Over 5 years of experience in a call center has made me a responsible individual towards work. I am capable of doing multi-tasking and can fulfill duties with less supervision. I have a very good navigation and communication skills. I know how to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word. I am good in closing a sale, highlighting products features and benefits to attract customers.
I take my job seriously, putting my dedication to it for my improvement as well as for the company that I'm working for. I am currently looking for a long term part time job and hopefully my full time and permanent job soon. Working at home is something that I look forward.
There are times in the office that we are experiencing tremendously high volume of calls. My supervisor has no time to track our hourly sales anymore as well as monitoring our call handling time due to her deliverable as well. I take the initiative to collect my teammates sales, including their call transfers to other departments and posting our average handling time on the board. I would usually do this during my break and later part of my lunch. It is effective. I has lessen my supervisor's job and we were able to submit a real time report to our clients.
