Worked as a Customer Care Specialist for Handy ay Synnex Concentrix, handle the pressure of resolving customer's concerns via chat and email, set up appointments for repairs and other household services.
Recently, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for T-Mobile, provide first-rate customer experience, and provide resolutions to customer's concerns about their accounts and services. Offer new products and services that would help enjoy their services more.
I'm a self-starter and have a knack for providing resolutions and work well independently with little supervision.
