I am a newbie in Freelancing, but I've been in the hotel and retail industry for the past 10 Upgrade to see actual info gave me experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, and Sales. This will help me in starting a career in the Virtual Assistance field. Because there are some similarities like in Customer Service we highly value Customer Satisfaction, for Sales in Retail Stores we have a Monthly Target that needs to reach. I need to have Product Knowledge and be aware of the company's Promotional offers this can be helpful in your business like E-Commerce.
