I have various experiences when it comes to customer service, Food and Beverage, Sales and currently on BPO from one of the  Leading 5G network Telecommunication Company in the US. I can say that I am a flexible, instinctive, expressive and highly driven when it comes to any work that I do. I am also eager to learn everything there is to know about the industry. My skills include concise problem solving, effective communication, active listening, ability to use positive language, ability for time management, de-escalating volatile customer interactions.
As a Customer Service representative, I always deliver a good and progressive resolution to the customer. I can talk in a well mannered tone, either positive or irate customers to maintain professionalism and meet their expectation(Excellent Customer  Service) when it comes to Customer Service..
