Profile Description

I am a Shopify customer service specialist. I have been working here for 3 years and attending every project with full satisfaction of the clients and customers as well. I have immense capability in skills. I've handled 4 stores for gym equipments, apparel, bike shop and shoes. As admin of that stores my work was to communicate with the suppliers, followed up order, fulfilled orders and put a tracking number in each order. I also communicate with the customer via email and phones. I also do some uploading new products, editing pictures and put descriptions like colors and sizes. Also, I made invoice for new order and send to the customer emails to continue the purchased. My tools used for that stores are Google suite, Excel, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Grasshopper, Shopify, ShipUpgrade to see actual infotion, Trello, Canva and Slack.
