Hi, my name is Jessica. I have been in the business process outsourcing industry for 3 years and 4 months and have handled different accounts like financial, web hosting and telco Upgrade to see actual infoom being Customer Service Representative to Technical Support Representative I've gathered knowledge on different task and was able to handle it efficiently.
I have knowledge in Wordpress, Wix and hosting websites. With my previous job I've done data entry and transaction reports for our clients. I became part of email support for MasterCard's Research Project called Mobile Payment Gateway. With my time with MasterCard, we do more of analyzing the data that we have gathered and make sure that all the details are correct.
I have the abilities and the behavior needed for a job and I am looking forward to work on projects with the knowledge I acquired and help my client's business to grow more. I would love to be part of
