I have been in the customer service industry for 11 years and 6 years of it as a team leader (supervisor) and my experience in this field is wide.
I have developed impeccable chat and phone manners over the years and I am accustomed to multi-tasking. I have handled numerous accounts such as travel agencies, health care insurance, Telecommunication companies, and eCommerce, which made my skills very flexible.
I also started my journey in Freelancing when the pandemic hit. I know my profile may not be appealing as my previous clients are not on this platform but they can be contacted to vouch for me. Previous clients were business owners and Dentists and I worked as a general virtual assistant. I schedule meetings, and patient appointments, do outbound calls for possible leads and clients, data entry and more.
I am compassionate, dedicated, and always serious about my job. I work with integrity and radiate positivity at all times. I am also computer literate and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and am familiar and have used platforms such as Zendesk and Slack. I do not limit myself to my comfort zone and am always willing to learn new things needed for innovation.
