Profile Description
From November 2014 until April 2017 I worked as a BPO customer service representative. During my time in BPO, I’m used to assisting healthcare associates (doctors/nurses) in the USA. I’m providing detailed benefits information from the policy of each member and also I’m used to reviewing the claims of the health care providers thoroughly before releasing the payment. I shifted career last May 2017 because I was hired as a Project Manager in a manufacturing business dealing with fire safety equipment. Until now I’m in charge of bidding documents preparation before submitting them to potential clients and arranging the shipment schedule of the outsourced materials and lastly deliveries of the finished products. If I’m available I call/email the clients for collections follow up and I also post some of the company’s transactions on
