I was a former outlet manager in one of the prestigious hotel
in Cebu City, Philippines, Radisson Blu with a total experience of 9 years
in Hospitality Industry and Customer Service. During these years, I have been exposed
to different roles. I’ve been a cashier in a Spanish restaurant in the city for
a year. I’ve also handled customer service for 4 years as I was the first point
of contact of the guest whenever they dine in Radisson Blu. I was promoted as
Supervisor, so I work closely with the Outlet Manager to provide or resolve any
issues arising and ensuring that standards protocol are applied. I was then
again promoted as an Outlet Manger, and overseeing the day to day preparations
to provide customers’ expectations on a daily basis. All those years of being
employed, I have been into different trainings, and participated in company’s
team building and outings. I am extremely motivated to deliver quality output while sharpening my skills
in different fields of Customer Service. I am very much up for anything and I
am always willing to learn even if it requires trainings, or coaching. Rest
