Profile Description

I am very computer literate. I have been working in a BPO industry for 9 years now. I started as a Representative and work my way up as a manager. I stopped working in an office base set up since I find online work to be a good benefit to my situation as a mom. I have an online job experience as a manager before at Babbletype LLC. Working from home is never a problem with me since I have a very good internet connection. I would say that skill would be:
- project management
- very knowledgeable in excel. I have built tools before using excel with all the complicated formula incorporated in the tool.
- Very good with MS Office application as well.
- Excellent written and communication skills. I have been talking to people in the US for 9 years so I would say I can express myself well in the English language.
- Enjoys planning on process improvement and implementation for an organization.
