Profile Description

I have more than 10 years work experienced as Administrative/Accounting Staff, Data Encoder, Customer Service Assistant and HR Coordinator in a Food Service, Importing and Consulting business and been able to work in different nationalities. As a staff in the company i've been trained in multi tasking job such as secretary, receptionist, assistant accountant (doing payroll reports), preparing monthly reports, updating inventory reports and encoding new stocks on hand, handling customer's order and concerns, releasing deliveries, preparing sales invoice, updating employee's 201 files, preparing and computing monthly sales report using ms office and email, plus i have a basic photoshop knowledge, my previous employer assigned me to do a catalouge of our stocks on hand to use as a material for a presentation to the customers.
For the long time working in Administrative field i can say that i'm a fast learner, flexible, honest and loyal to the company i've work with.
