I was able to work as a Customer Service Executive doing Chat and Technical Support in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company for almost 2 years; handled queries about bills on their subscription, troubleshoot cable issues and process tickets for a technician.
Given that working in a fast paced environment, my time management system allows me to multi-task as I handle multiple responsibilities at one time. Moreover, being a Registered Nurse specializing in Infection Prevention and Control for 7 years, i'm a detailed-oriented person with good analytical, data collection skills and proficient in using Google spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Applications (eg. word, excel and power point).
Driven by professionalism, meeting deadlines is a must. You can trust me that I can work under pressure with less supervision. I can adapt quickly when learning unfamiliar applications in order to work efficiently on assignments.
