I've been a customer service representative for at least 11 months and I can say that it has improved my social skills very well. I make sure that every call I answer is remarkable, and that their concerns are addressed in a pleasant way, whilst giving value for their time. I've also learned to multi-task and navigate quickly.
Growing up, I wasn't really a fan of anything that's "local". I always preferred Hollywood movies, series, and books written by (mostly) American authors. The same goes for music as well. I can say that these things helped me learn pretty quickly.
Regarding my experience in video editing, I actually made some videos for my church back then. Whenever we would gather for our summer camp, I would make these documentaries using my phone. I have never tried other applications yet but I am looking forward to do so.
I've worked for a healthcare account based in the US for a total of 11 months where our customers are actually the healthcare providers. It was for a voice account, my department never handles e-mails. Our duties were to quote their patients' eligibility and benefits, and to check whether the patients have paid their monthly premiums or not.
