As a Customer Service Representative, we are dealing with our customers main issue and providing resolutions to them. Most of our customer's general inquiry since we handle telecommunication's account is all about their bills. As a customer service representative, we are in the frontline to discuss to our customers as easy as they could understand what are the charges all about most especially if they see some unfamiliar charges on their bills. We also providing options to our customers if they cannot settle their bills on time and also we help our customers to process their payment for their bills or if they want to orders products over the phone. We also giving general informations about our current promotions on how to be eligible on the said promotions and also giving basic troubleshooting steps if they have an issue since most of our clients using handheld phones, tablets and other wearable devices.
