I am an executive assistant that supports executive teams. I manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. I am also responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals. My duties include conducting research and organizing data, interacting with customers or clients on my employer’s behalf, and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents. To do this role properly I have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and be extremely fast at solving problems. I have a professional level of verbal and written communication skills. I am proactive in problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. I have the ability to organize my daily workload by priorities and I always meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
