Profile Description

Since 2012, I've worked for various companies with different Upgrade to see actual info those years, it is in the BPO industry that I have been with for a long time. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative doing technical troubleshooting, mostly answering inquiries and responsible for any account changes.
Details of my job description that shaped my skills are outlined below:
- Provide effective and consistent customer support.
- Perform tasks related to answering customer inquiries received through e-mail correspondence, calls or chat.
- Help customers with complaints and questions.
Aside from having enjoyed my job in the BPO industry, I was previously a cashier or front person in some companies. So, I can say that being customer service is my expertise. Since I am flexible and capable in learning things, I was able to adapt tasks given to me and these were the following:
-Scan items and ensure pricing is correct.
-Greet customers and with a smile all the time.
-Take money in the form of cash, credit card, or check.
-Mostly, provide satisfaction to the customer by listening to their wants and needs.
