Hello there! Over the last 6 years, I have worked as a customer service representative for one of the Business Process Outsourcing companies in Davao City, Philippines. Being a customer service representatives,
we need to make sure that we meet the satisfaction of our valued customers. Our assistance is indeed very much needed by them. As a customer service representative, we provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.

For a total of 6 years in the industry, I believe I have enough knowledge of the product or services which would help suggest a solution to the customer right away. I learned how to take ownership of the customer’s problem and provide good communication in regards to the expected resolution time, and updates on the progress made.

I have a teachable heart. I am committed and passionate about any job you’ll offer. I enrolled in a freelancing course as well at Filipino Virtual Assistance Academy to increase my knowledge and skills in order for me to provide assured and quality services. I am now learning how to become a professional web designer since I like writing and have this excitement about designing websites and creating content too.  I also want to develop, implement and manage social media strategy and could work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. I’d like to learn as well to manipulate and edit videos, trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film, how to input music, graphics, dialogues, and effects. I am now also 
learning on how to optimize your website so it will rank on google and others.
