Currently taking up International Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH) focused in International Occupational Health and Safety from International HSE Council.

As HSE Specialist:
- Ensure company's compliance with the existing Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards to maintain certification, and identify compliance issues that require investigation, follow up and Upgrade to see actual infocludes monitoring compliance of contractors, suppliers and other personnel.

- Ensure that all HSE related policies, procedures and other relevant documents are properly recorded and filed and that all documentation changes are authorised, noted and distributed to all relevant parties.

- Record, review and analyse accident and incident reports and make corrective actions and recommendations.

- Conduct HSE Awareness Training to all new recruits during the induction programme.

- Communicate HSE related regulations and guidelines to all departments within the company.

- Prepare annual HSE audit plan and carry out implementation once approved.

- Facilitate the annual review and update of the Emergency and Evacuation Procedure in all areas within DDF.

- Conduct periodic HSE inspections, spot checks and audit in all areas.

- Research, plan and implement HSE awareness initiative and drive, and recommend participation in environmental activities within and outside the company setting.
