I have been working in a call center for 5 years now. 1 year and 3 months of that experience was with Inbound Sales for internet services. After which, I was a Back Office Representative specifically for a Utility company in Canada and then was given a chance to lead a group of 15 agents of customer service representative as their supervisor.
Looking for the team, ensuring that they met their required metrices and passing the service level is my main goal for my new role. I also do quality evaluation and does coaching and feedback to agents at the same time conducts training and refreshers to new updates being rolled out by the clients. I know the basics MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point) because of the nature of my work.

people sent to Canada for a Business Trip out of approximately 200 employees which was due to my diligence towards work. And then all of this hardwork paid-off. After 5 months of the Canada trip, I was then promoted as a supervisor.
