I believe one of the best skills I have is my good command of the English Language. In fact, right after I graduated from college, I worked as a Phone English Tutor to Koreans and an Advance Customer Service Representative at a call center catering to a US company.
Aside from being good at English, I am also knowledgeable in customer service affairs. My experience as a front office clerk at a hotel in Boracay can attest to that. During my work there, I don't just function as a front desk clerk but I also function as reservations officer, cashier, and event's assistant whenever there are big functions. My work experience helped me to develop my patience and understanding. I also became more flexible and I learned to work under so much pressure. I also excel in technical writing and I'm often in charge in writing communications for the government agency that I work for at present. I am self motivated, goal-oriented and resourceful.
