I am computer savvy professional whose passion is providing quality works and services. For the past years I have work in BPO industry starting as customer service ( inbound calls ) supporting US base telecommunication company in which I have been working with customers queries and providing solution.

Right after I was promoted as Real Time Data Analyst ( Workforce Management ) and most of my task would be real time monitoring of site's volume to ensure optimal staffing and provides and analyze end of day reports. This gain me knowledge more with administrative/organizational task and provide more duties such as forecast, schedules and responds to escalated issues with the client.
