I spent most of my working journey in Administration. Admin assistant was my first ever job. When I moved to another company, it was the position I continued to hold. Administrative tasks may be laborious but are very rewarding. Once you get a grasp of the tasks, everything will become simple and monotonous. I handled some of the departments like Shipping, Accounting, and Human Resources. This has given me an opportunity to learn other functions in administration. The tasks I handled, among others, were;
- Preparing reports, receipts, minutes, Invoices, and other documents as required.
- Keep track of employees' attendance and prepare payroll.
- Arrange delivery and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Keep records and maintain an inventory of supplies.
- Collect and analyze data
- Arrange meetings, flights, and even personal errands of my employer
- Communicate with concerned clients, suppliers, and workers to ensure a smooth flow of the company's activities.
- Coordinate with concerned personnel to ensure the flawless flow of the job and solve whatever problems encountered.
An administrative support is an essential part of an organization. A company cannot function without a person who prepares all documents and communications. They keep the company's flow smooth and uninterrupted. As the position states, they are the company's support.
Some of the remarkable contributions I made as an Administrative Assistant include, but not limited to, systematizing and organizing the company's documents and process. Another is having the product of the boutique displayed in Harrods in London. What makes me proud, however, is witnessing my employers delighted with my work ethics. I have always striven to meet the expectations of my superiors without compromising quality.
Further, my exposure to administrative jobs has given me vast knowledge in the field. I can consider myself a master because of the experiences I had and the technical know-how I learned.

To sum up, I have professional experience in different fields, i.e, Administration, Writing, and Sales and Marketing. I further developed my skills in customer service, communication, and computer skills. I have always been interested in writing, reading, do it yourself (DIY) home remedies, sustainable living and environment- friendly tips, and watching Korean drama series.
