Being a professional Freelancer, I can do the following task with passion and commitment:
 Lead Generation-Reach out to prospects  via telephone and email to qualify leads a specified scoring system.Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and send to the Sales team in CRM -PODIO.
 
 Real Estate Virtual Assistance- Administrative/Personal task such as Email Management,Customer Service and Internet Research,Video and Audio Transcription,  Cold Calling or Lead Generation and other tasks on Real Estate Investing. I'm familiar with tools  such as Mojo, Ring Central , ReadyMode and Batch Dialer for cold calling. MLS, Privy and Propstream for pulling data, comping and finding cash buyers.
