Offering 4 years of relevant experience with wide operational skill in providing customer support in the field of banking, retail and airline operations. I have been a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber of top Global BPO companies operating in the Philippines. My career started as a Customer Service representative for an account for one of the biggest online retail platforms in the USA (eBay). I assisted customers based in North America for 2 years on customers’ account general inquiries, concerns and orders. Moreover, I accomplished in providing “utmost” support to “challenging” customers for a banking/finance company for their Fraud Department (Capital One). My responsibilities were not limited to account verification, payment transaction approval and account investigation for any fraud transactions. Lastly United airlines one of the biggest booking flat form where I am assisting passengers to book or arrange their flights. Giving them the best schedule that they can have. My work experiences gave me confidence to work remotely with colleagues from any part of the region.
