I have been working in the Customer Service Industry for 12 years
including BPO industries, Telemarketing, Real Estates, Telecommunications, Sales, Fashion Travel Consultant, Branded Apparels and Accessories and International Leisure Theme Parks.

I've worked in one of the Philippines' biggest BPO centres as a Customer Service Representative, Back Support, Email Support Service, Back Office Support, Technical Support, Saves/Retention/Loyalty Specialist, Customer Relations Team and Live Chat Support handling Australia's and USA's biggest telecommunication and broadband companies.
I can easily handle a vast array of customer concerns that includes resolving product and sales inquiries, retention, escalations and complaints.

- Handling, moderating and encoding escalation tickets to be properly distributed to all employees.

I have also worked as a Real Estate Consultant, Brand Ambassador and Travel Consultant, all involved in Sales and interpersonal skills and helped me built client relationships and provide outstanding and brilliant customer service.
lastly, I have worked overseas as a Customer Service Representative of one of the largest and popular indoor theme park and play area in the Middle East (FunVille, Funcity Landmark Group).
