Profile Description

I've been working on various branches of Digital Marketing such as Web development, Social media management, E-commerce, Administrative, Customer service, Sales and technical, etc. for 5 years now. My most recent and most notable experience is working as a Team Leader for Shopify itself. Handling over a dozen Shopify gurus on a daily basis for 2 years before the COVID-19 pandemic struck. I have a wide knowledge of E-commerce marketing, .liquid file coding (Shopify), Dropshipping (Oberlo/Ali Express), and more! Working with 4 different BPO companies and 8 different programs also allowed me to have access to a wide variety of tools/CRM related to my field of work. My most recent job experience was a Project Manager for an E-commerce store. My responsibilities include but are not limited to; task management, event planning, training management, marketing management, social media management, and web development/design.

Right now I mostly work and get paid on a per-project basis. A typical web design project for example will take 40-hours to complete depending on the client requirement. I also do social media management, graphics, and content creation.

I am results-driven. Able to self-manage to complete tasks and achieve productivity metrics. I am a self-starter, that's highly motivated all the time. I am able to troubleshoot, take initiative, and can create & propose solutions independently to solve problems along with management. And I am great in creating and following SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
Here are a few tools and systems I have worked on so far: Zendesk, All of Google systems (Gmail, Drive, Hangouts, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), DOS system, Slack, Telegence, Zoom, Dropbox, Athena, Tasker, Monosnap, Shopify Theme (.liquid), JobNimbus, TimeTrade, Adobe Acrobat DC, Photoshop CC 2019, Highrise HQ, Basecamp 2, and OBS. I have some experience in content creating as well (video editing). Bottom line is, in our current era of E-commerce and fast-growing internet and digital world, I am one of the best hires you could ever find!
