I am a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management with an accumulated 15 years of experience and knowledge mainly in the field of guest services, hospitality and travel both locally and abroad working for an International Cruise ship company, Holland America Line Upgrade to see actual info is my aim to provide administrative support, staff training and development and customer services through enthusiastic and excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities and professionalism. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management as CUM Upgrade to see actual infopleted an intensive Basic Spanish course at Instituto Cervantes Manila with a B1/B2 level. Also completed a leadership training programme in Almere Netherlands for CSMART. Fluent in both oral and written English and Filipino and with my training I am conversant in Basic Spanish language. Equipped with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in-person and phone interactions with people of different nationalities. I can also be proud to say that I am able to type 56 wpm with 100?curacy plus proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher), Fidelio, Bank of America Foreign Currency Exchange Program, IssueTrax, AIMS, Micros, Ving, Silverwhere, Polar, Siebel Hospitality, Chargerback and Google Docs.
Working with others, taking directions and leading if necessary are my best assets. I manage time effectively and keeps tasks appropriately prioritized. A fast learner and can function under minimal supervision in a rigorous and dynamic work environment. My multi-tasking and organizational skills are my strengths hence I am able to complete the work within my schedule and efficiently. Further, I have been proactive in setting up training structures, mentoring programs and coaching to my subordinates.
