I started working at home as a part time researcher and writer in 2014 while recuperating from a fractured leg. I have always been a good writer and adept at finding information online so finding work within this scope was easy. After a few months, I decided to work as a virtual assistant when an opportunity arose to work at an online marketing agency. I quickly learned about digital and social media marketing, its application and use as was trending back then. As a virtual assistant, I had to adapt to certain demands beyond the job I signed up for because this job meant donning multiple hats and juggling work meant for 10 people. Since then, I learned graphics design, bookkeeping, audit work, market and data analysis, marketing and sales report, transcription, content creation, news letter design and creation, e-book writing, editing, and among a few other handy admin skills. I also learned to use multiple software and apps needed for the job at hand. More than the technical skills I already possess (and continue to acquire), I also developed an independent and decisive personality where I can work unsupervised with minimal instruction and help. Practicality also run in my veins so you need not worry that I'll perish while waiting for further instructions and solutions to problems that may arise while the employer is on vacation or uncontactable through any means of communication. I am also a team player and can unofficially read personalities in a beat that helps me navigate any situation I find myself in a team environment.
