I used to be a Customer Service Rep, and a Drop Shipping Virtual Assistant in one of the companies based in California. I was working an 8-hour graveyard shift at that time. I did inbound and outbound calls for clients all over the country. I also did data entry like processing orders and tracking orders, as well as
I was a Sales Closer in a coaching company for real estate based in Texas. I was handling leads and potential clients through Instagram. I also used Go High Level to keep track of my leads and progress them in the funnel. We used Asana for our projects. Our team communicated through Slack and Zoom.
I used to work for a Credit Repair Company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The name of the company is Clean Slate Consulting. I am one of the Sales Associates of the company wherein we sell the Credit Repair Services on a daily basis. We have a set of scripts including some appropriate responses to objections that we will encounter during working hours. We are allowed to even work during weekends.
I am persuasive in handling customers over the Internet or through phones. Besides, I can make presentations in a very short time and in an effective way. I have a nice arrangement of computer components with a powerful internet connection for my work purposes. It allows me to work any time night or day with my trousers.
