I worked for AIRBNB from a BPO company for 7 years. Have a great knowledge about Airbnb and its processes. An expert in dispute mediation with excellent decision-making and customer service skills. Can manage reservations, calendars, and listings & even provide insights to improve the company processes.

I started working as freelancer/VA as a property management lead since 2020, I am very experienced in managing and assisting luxury vacation rental companies and hosts with up to 250 listings. I oversee team operations, tasks, and VA communications to guests. I can be flexible and work as a VA as well.
