Profile Description

With more than a decade of proven customer service experience, I have developed a broad skill set focused on Customer Service Phone Calls, Technical Support, Live Chat Specialist (handling 3 concurrencies at the same time) to being an E-mail Analyst handling accounts from both the United States and Australian clients.
Since then, my ability to effectively manage time and organize my workload, together with the ability to fulfill deadlines, have been essential to my performance. I also use both critical and analytical thinking along with problem-solving strategies to resolve customer concerns.
Furthermore, my work ethic is based on adaptability which I showcase by using a variety of platforms provided by my previous employers such as Front, Skype, Slack, Grasshopper, Google Suites, Microsoft Office, and Zoom. I also have a strong administrative abilities and can communicate well so working with a team or by my self will not cause any issues making sure to get the job done.
Lastly, I am proficient in Filipino and English language written and verbal, I can easily be trained, welcome challenges and does not easily give up on anything. I find other resourceful ways to get around a task.
