For my work experience, I used to work as a Virtual Assistant in a Podiatry Clinic in Australia in 2019. During that time, I worked with a team of three so the two of us are working on the admin tasks while the other is on the technical tasks. I am in charge of schedule management- here, I plot all of their meetings, huddle, and holidays for the whole year and I adjust it depending on their schedule. I do all of these for 9 Podiatrists, I make sure that I also contact them through slack at all times. Another task I prioritize is the 'Patient Files'. Everyday, the admins in the AU team are sending us files from the new patients and I'll input them on our website called Cliniko. As easy as it sounds, this is also one of the most crucial tasks because I need to check all the information accurately. Besides that, I also do basic editing, web edits, and updating their weekly and monthly revenue. Because of the pandemic, businesses had trouble and I was one of the employees who got retrenched but that didn't stop me from learning and reaching my goals in my Upgrade to see actual info 2020, I opened my YouTube channel and I was able to monetize it by learning the algorithm and basic SEO. I also created a Workspace-themed Instagram account, and by studying the engagement and its functions I was able to work with local and international brands. Alongside that, I also work as a part-time English Teacher for Korean Students. With all of the experiences mentioned, I can say that I'm very passionate and hard-working about what I do. I can easily adapt to changes whether it's a slow or fast-paced environment. I am also driven in learning new things that can make me grow as an individual and also become a helpful tool in shaping your desired business success.

I was a Virtual Assistant in a Podiatry Clinic(Australia) - During a year of working in Yoonet (an Australian Business company located in the Philippines), these are the following tasks I've done during my service: Schedule - I'm in charge of making sure that their Calendar are organized such as adding Meetings, Appointments, Holidays and making sure that the patients are booked accordingly and does not overlap other schedule. Files Updating and Attaching - As a part of working in a clinic virtually, it is very important that the information of each patient are accurate. So I update them every now and then. Managing professional Letters - This is sent by podiatrist and I make sure that the digital signature and important information is added before sending to its corresponding doctor. Email Support - One of my goals while working is that emails should be 'Inbox Zero' - meaning all the emails are answered and prioritized at all times. This week updates - I do the wrap up of everything that happened in the business "work and non work related" for the week. This is fun because this is where I land my creativity in terms of doing witty and fun content. Weekly and Monthly Reporting - My Team and I are doing the revenue report weekly and monthly. Comparing the revenue made by each podiatrist to make sure that they are right on track and know where they can improve most. Web Edits - This task is upon request by the client where I add the blog on their website, which also means I have a background with using Joomla.
