My first BPO Company I worked for is Convergys. I was a Customer Service Rep, for a major telecom company in the U.S. We help Customers with their billing concerns, and we maximize their value by upselling products and services that we offer. We also cover basic troubleshooting for their handsets.
After working with Convergys for two years, I have the opportunity to serve as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Teletech Phil. My job was to evaluate agents and determine whether they maintain a pre-determined and acceptable level of contact handling through monitoring and test contact evaluation. Not only we monitor calls, but also review evaluations, maintain recordings, and handle administrative duties. We report performance and statistics through daily and weekly reports submitted to the QA Supervisors. We also conduct remote monitoring sessions with Client for calibration purposes.
An opportunity knock on the door when Zero One Concept was established. As a member of the pioneering team, our biggest challenge was acquiring clients and creating awareness for our products and services. The Art of Selling was then introduced into my system. As a Business Development Officer, I serve as the primary point of contact for interested client and partners of Zero One Concept.
I also did research on different establishments to identify which target market can make the most of our service. We generate these leads and convert them into business through e-mail marketing and cold calling. And lastly, build a database of potential companies using social networking channels.
During my fruitful time with the different BPO's I worked for, I always had this entrepreneur drive. I decided to venture into photobooth business. Why photobooth? Because I always have this passion for photography and photoshop. Thru online tutorials, I have enhanced my skills in adobe photoshop which helped me create designs and layouts for my photobooth business.
