Profile Description

Primarily
responsible for analyzing accurate inventory forecasts, a detailed operational
spreadsheet which tracks sales and inventory replenishments including branches.
Analyze
business performance and make recommendations that will contributes on
inventory reduction and mitigate risk on assigned business units.

Updating
sales data, analysis of sales trends, reconcile business units bottoms up
plans, entire analysis of inventory including but not limited to: Low stock,
Out of stock, new product and open order reconciliation, inventory in-transit
and replenishment as required.

 Performs
a critical role in managing product inventory levels, providing timely and accurate information and analytics to best
optimize inventory nationwide. 

Analyze
and interpret supply and demand, stock movement and sales trend. 

Work
closely with the cross functional teams to understand the root cause process and continuously improve forecast
accuracy. Plan and coordinate product distribution activities to internal and
external customer. 

Develop
effective forecast models for B2C and Marketplace geography. Build,

review and maintain product-based SKU level demand
plans.

Provide
reports on forecast accuracy and inventory position and coverage. Support product transition planning and
forecasting at the SKU level for new and existing products. 

Works closely with supply chain counterparts to ensure proper levels of
inventory to achieve the plan while working to minimize overstocks. Tracking
and reporting impacts of demand plan changes to financial plans. Creates and
maintains forecasts at the SKU level for assigned categories, incorporating
business intelligence and marketing. Collaborate with Merch, Sourcing, Category
Managers, Finance and Marketing. This involves juggling considerable number of
calendars (planning, gameplan, budgeting, and seasonality). Base rate planning
including increase and decrease in distribution, cannibalization, and delists
where applicable. Monitoring forecast versus actual status and reporting
results to Category Managers and Marketing team to meet plan targets. Recommends
and executes purchasing plans that maximize customer service levels and meet
financial goals of budgeted inventory target.
