For two years and half that I have been working in a call center/BPO company, I have learned a lot especially in working with Americans. Half of my experienced was based on a technical account. I was a technical support representative for an American DSL/Broadband & internet-cable company. I do assist clients/customer in troubleshooting with technical problems with their TV, internet or cable connection. The other half was with sales account for American travel company. I do assist customer in booking their room & flight reservation & I do also booked vacation packages for them. I have knowledge in Microsoft Office, Corel Draw & Photoshop. I can work under pressure and even without direct supervision from other people. Im good at time management as well.
