Profile Description

I am a Customer Service Representative for over 3 years of experience and I also work as office staff in the government, the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

I worked as Encoder, Verifier and Validator for the program poverty reduction strategy that grants projects and extremely poor households to improve their health, nutrition and education particularly of children. I worked as Customer Service Representative and handled HERTZ, DOLLAR and THRIFTY car reservations, MACY'S online shopping, AMAZON retail, UNITED AIRLINES flight reservations, UBER technology connecting rides and eaters
for restaurants. Also I handled Australian account for car rental AVIS
and Budget. I can love creating, editing photos, designing
templates for making proposals for social media and businesses when I
have a vacant time. This I can apply as my part time as well.

I am a hardworking person, I can do multitasking and submit reports and projects before the deadline. I love rendering over time and that's the easiest and helpful way for me to earn money. I am helping my family investing in our small businesses. I am a very patient person and I believe that we need this all the time to make things work, we need to stay focused to finish the job, be smarter enough incase whatever happens and if something came up at least we have future plans and still have the knowledge on how to fix detailed issues. 

I am a flexible person, I handled different lines of business at work, doing data entries , processing documents , booking and scheduling, submitting reports, verifying profiles, sending emails, answering queries and questions of customers quickly and effectively, also resolving issues and conflicts of customers with empathy and showing them a positive attitude.

I am good in time management and selling. Whenever its my free time like rest day or even at work place, I sell clothes, bags, make ups and a lot more such cute and pretty items. Whenever I see that its not still available in the market, I always took advantage of it to sell online until I can easily run out stocks. All my buyers are very satisfied and happy, a lot of them are very interested on the products that I sell until they ask me that they want to be my reseller on the next batches of my products.

I will be an asset to the platform. I am a passionate person and self - motivated.

I have learned that companies aim to create awareness and stay on top.
These things I have learned in more than 5 years taught me of quality
service and consistency and it is what companies or business need to
create an avenue of success.
