Profile Description

I was a Team Lead where my main responsibility is to create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture, motivate team members, set team goals and recognize each members effort.
As a Team lead, it is also my responsibility to monitor our team performance on a daily basis, provide coaching and know the training needs to be more efficient for the business.
I also held a position as a Product Trainer in which I will be demonstrating the use of the tools that will be used for an account I was assigned.
My Team Handling is one of my greatest strengths. At the early stage of my career, I've been exposed in doing supervisory tasks.
With my hard work and dedication, I was able to step up of my career and manage to reach my goals. I am willing to share my experiences and inputs for my co-team leads and to those who are aiming to be a leader in the future.
I am versatile and a fast learner. I have been with the most popular accounts in my country that is considered to be very difficult because of the workload. I can work under pressure and deal with the tasks of my client on a very efficient way with no delays
