I also spent several years as a procurement and document controller in a civil works construction company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I have previous experience in customer service for an Amazon store that is mainly in charge of chat/email monitoring, order confirmation, and calling customers to follow up regarding their orders. I also call customers who leave negative feedback on the store to make sure that they are taken care of and satisfied with their experience with the store. I am proficient in Microsoft office applications. I have good communication skills, excellent data entry, and typing skills, and can manage different work pressure.
