I’ve been working for over 14 years now. I had a very diverse experience in different field that involves sales, customer service, billing, retail and advertising. I used to work in a BPO industry for over seven years and gained a lot of training's in customer service, sales, customer retention, lead mining and billing. I am a hardworking person and am always open to new ideas that can make me equipped in any job responsibilities given to me.
I am conversant with Microsoft applications, salesforce, 3C Logic, salesforce, Zendesk, and Avaya. With my years of experience working in different industries, I have learned to work with different people at different pace.
