Profile Description

Cold-calling, negotiating price, doing initial comps as a REVA, I mainly assist customers with their banking needs so I have a basic knowledge on the financial industry. I am very proficient in using Microsoft Office tools as it was heavily required when I became a Property Management VA and a Transaction Coordinator. I also worked for a telecom company that's where I got my Technical Support experience Upgrade to see actual info ranges from simply doing the typical power cycle to the more complicated side of backing up files, setting up cellular data etc. All while being calm and collected.
