I worked for more than 9 years starting with the call center industry as a front line support for a technical support representative of a computer company. Then applied for a quality assurance post and had been a senior quality associate for more than 6 years now.
- I have great skills and knowledge in Ms Office programs such as Ms Excel, Ms Word, and Ms PowerPoint from my years of experience at work which were mainly used in creating reports and data analysis.
- I also have keen eyes in checking errors in documents as I'd been a senior quality associate for more than 3 years.
- I can type 80 words per minute.
- I learn very easily and is very versatile in new tasks being given to me.
