Profile Description

I am honest, trustworthy, and loyal to my work, and my boss.
I am hardworking and very organized, because I do not like compromising the quality of work that is required from me.
In a regular job, I report to work at least 30mins before my log-in, that is why I am never late. I am also never late in completing the work that needs to be done.
I worked in a government agency for 6 years doing mostly administrative work.
This is where I honed my computer skills using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Powerpoint.
I was first assigned as a secretary to the Deputy Executive Director, and had additional workload from the Human Resource Dept, where I was tasked to compute each employee's attendance time, and also prepare the temps' payroll.
I was also assigned in Mgt & Info Service, where my responsibility includes monitoring, recording, updating, and keeping track of the growing number of gov't CEO's 201 files.
After this, I was also assigned in Placement, Training, and Career Devt Service where I make and receive phone calls, send and receive letters about trainings and career devt opportunities that we offer our CEO's.
I also act as the Training Leader's admin support.
After 2 years of hiatus, I worked in one of the country's best BPO company as a Technical Support Represantive for an Internet Service Provider in New Zealand.
This is where I was able to practice my English communication skills, not to mention people skills like being able to empathize with the customers, anger-management, etc.
I also honed my multitasking skills, and was able to increase my typing speed to at least 40-45 wpm.
I stayed there for one and a half year.
I now help in our small family business which requires my service at least once a week for billing and collection, and twice a month for preparing salaries and wages.
Other than that, I am a stay-at-home mother, with lots of time to spare to help my family earn additional income.
I am always on the internet, using Mac or Windows.
